  • In 1982 Mr. Stanton graduated from University of Toronto with a Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Survey and Mapping Sciences.

  • Mr. Stanton was commissioned as an Ontario Land Surveyor in 1984.

  • Mr. Stanton was commissioned as a Canada Lands Surveyor in 1995.

  • He has extensive experience in all aspects of legal, topographical and GPS surveying.

  • Mr. Stanton has appeared as an expert witness concerning various boundary disputes.

  • In 1984 Mr. Stanton became a principal in the firm and has overseen many large scale projects for TCPL, MTO and Natural Resources Canada.

  • Mr. Stanton has worked closely with clients throughout the entire development of subdivisions, condominiums and mining claim surveys.

  • Mr. Stanton specializes in working with Native associations and preparation of surveys under the Canada Lands Survey Act.

  • Mr. Marshall graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 1983, and obtained his Master of Applied Science Degree in 1985.

  • In 1986 Mr. Marshall acquired his professional certification.

  • Past experience includes structural engineering on silos, retaining walls, foundations, piling, caissons, material handling structures and process buildings.

  • Mr. Marshall is experienced in construction supervision, including slipform and conventional reinforced concrete construction, structural steel erection, pile driving, foundation construction and road construction. He has considerable experience in the use of computer models to analyze the strength and dynamic stability of large and complex structures.

  • Specializes in Municipal Engineering including servicing design, storm water management, construction supervision. Experience in more than twenty subdivisions, twenty high density developments and countless smaller scale site plans.

  • Recently Mr. Marshall has been the company representative for various large scale mapping projects for the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario.

  • In August of 1992, Mr. McDermott acquired his license to practice as a O.L.S.

  • Experienced in legal cadastral surveying, mining surveys, ACAD 13, Softdesk Version 7.5, and has experience with large scale MTO survey projects.
